Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish products according to specifications
- Use various tools and techniques to sand, polish, or paint surfaces
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make any necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
