Mason Supervisor (Chelyabinsk, Russia)


We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction of various projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry
- Experience in supervising and managing a team of masons
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of masons in the construction of various projects
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide the team
- Monitor progress of projects, ensuring timely completion
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Train new masons on proper techniques
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
