Industrial Architect

We are hiring an Industrial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of construction and identify any potential issues
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly
- Make necessary changes or modifications to designs as needed
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia

Preference: Indian nationals preferred. Visa sponsorship available.
