IT Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and stability of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all company hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry, making recommendations for implementation as appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience developing and implementing IT policies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1700 per month

City: Beer-Sheva
