Office Administrator
City: Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage invoices
- Assist with the organization of company events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the office
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in Israel without sponsorship
Salary:
$1100 per month
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. No previous experience is required. Applicants must have their own valid visa. Accommodation will not be provided. This job is open to all nationalities.
