Office Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative duties of our office. This position is open to Pakistani candidates who are fluent in English and do not have prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Update internal databases and organize files
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance or supplies
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- Must be legally authorized to work in Beer-Sheva
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
