Job Title: Administrative Director
We are currently hiring an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Director to oversee our company's operations in Al-Wakra. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative functions of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenditures
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper functioning of all departments
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of administrative staff
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings
- Communicate with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Generate reports on company performance for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
