Sales Manager for Kenyan Market
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Vianden. As the Sales Manager for the Kenyan market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Kenyan market
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan national or have extensive knowledge of the Kenyan market
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus but not required
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
