Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design software, conducting site visits to gather measurements and information, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations and propose sustainable design solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with several years of experience as an Architectural Technologist. Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD is essential. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information
- Collaborate with other professionals on project plans
- Stay informed on building codes and regulations
- Propose sustainable design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Several years of experience as an Architectural Technologist

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Please note that this is not an English-speaking role, so fluency in English is not required. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for work eligibility purposes. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
