We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure designs are accurate and meet all necessary requirements. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay up-to-date with building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design projects
- Work closely with construction teams to provide support during the building process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the English-speaking market
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

Salary:
1600$ monthly salary.

This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who do not reside in Vilnius.
