Job Title: Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Company in Sheduva, India


We are a fashion retail company located in Sheduva, India seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of the fashion industry. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products that will be sold in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop new products and collections
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product selection and pricing
- Develop effective marketing strategies to promote products
- Work closely with store managers to ensure proper product placement and displays
- Attend trade shows and fashion events to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field (preferred)
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship
