Merchandiser for Retail Store in Sheduva

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Sheduva. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in visual merchandising and a keen eye for product placement and display. You will be responsible for ensuring that our store remains visually appealing and organized, while also maximizing sales potential.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in the store
- Create eye-catching displays to highlight new products, promotions, and seasonal items
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is restocked and properly displayed
- Collaborate with buyers to plan and execute product launches and promotions
- Conduct regular store walks to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Train sales associates on proper visual merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising best practices
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (open to candidates of all nationalities)

Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year contract (with possibility of extension)

Accommodation: Not provided (candidates must secure their own housing)
