Punching Machine Operator

We are urgently seeking an experienced Punching Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Punching Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various punching machines to punch holes or shapes into metal sheets or parts according to specific requirements. You must have prior experience in using punching machines and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punching machines according to work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Punching Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using measuring tools
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work with Indian nationality preferred
