As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. This position is open to all nationalities and genders.
