We are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Beer-Sheva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Offer product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing friendly, helpful, and professional assistance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent approach in delivering excellent customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, promotions, and policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat software, email systems, and social media platforms.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
