Job Title: Seamstress (English-speaking) in Bungoma, Kenya


We are hiring a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for producing high-quality garments according to client specifications. Your main duties will include sewing and tailoring various types of clothing items, conducting fittings and alterations, and ensuring that all finished products meet our quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have strong sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You should also have good communication skills in English and be able to follow instructions accurately. Experience working with a variety of fabrics and garments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret client requests to determine garment specifications
- Cut patterns according to measurements
- Sew and assemble garments using industrial sewing machines
- Conduct fittings with clients and make necessary alterations
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in sewing techniques and use of industrial sewing machines
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different fabrics and garment types
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
