Team Lead – Multan, Pakistan


We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they meet their performance targets and providing them with necessary guidance and support. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees.
- Ensure that team members are meeting their performance targets.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Train new team members on processes and procedures.
- Monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with visa sponsorship for international candidates. This opportunity is also open for students who are looking for part-time work. The working hours are flexible, but some weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
