Warehouse Worker Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Warehouse Worker Supervisor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Warehouse Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods, and supervising a team of warehouse workers. Your main goal will be to maintain a well-organized and productive warehouse while ensuring the safety and security of all products.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers, including assigning tasks, training new employees, and monitoring performance
- Oversee the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products according to company standards
- Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and accounted for
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Monitor supply levels and order necessary materials
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to products
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Make sure all equipment is in good working condition
- Train employees on proper handling techniques for different types of products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warehouse management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and operations including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $1500 per month
