Heavy Equipment Operator

A heavy equipment operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, load/unload trucks, and perform construction tasks. They must have a solid understanding of equipment maintenance and safety protocols to ensure the proper functioning of the machines. This role requires physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment according to job requirements
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by following all safety procedures and protocols
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery before and after use
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with materials or debris using heavy machinery
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete construction tasks accurately
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and maintaining equipment storage areas
- Report any malfunctions or damages of equipment to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Ability to read project plans/blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (Indian nationality preferred)
