Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Acre. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to project specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or damages to facades
- Repair or replace damaged facade materials
- Collaborate with architects and contractors during construction projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a facade technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various facade materials, such as glass, metal, and stone
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in facade installation or maintenance
- Experience working on historical or heritage buildings
- Familiarity with green building practices
