IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology operations of our company in Herzliya. You will be in charge of managing the IT team and ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We welcome Filipinos who are fluent in English, have no prior experience in a similar role, and are looking for a job with accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information technology systems.
- Manage the IT team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
- Monitor all systems to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for updates or improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure data security is maintained at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and other related technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
