As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of buildings and facilities. You will work in the beautiful city of Kaunas in Lithuania, assisting our team in providing a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. This job is suitable for both men and women who possess strong problem-solving skills and are able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Respond promptly to repair requests from staff or residents
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored
- Assist with the setup of events or activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles
- Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
