Warehouse Worker (Utena, Lithuania)

Our warehouse in Utena, Lithuania is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages
- Organize and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
- Assist with loading trucks for outgoing shipments
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order picking accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The typical schedule will be 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with opportunities for raises based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Utena, Lithuania. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Lithuania.
