As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, and other similar materials. Your main duties will include mixing mortar, laying bricks or stones in an organized pattern, setting up scaffolding, and using hand and power tools to cut and shape materials. You will also be expected to read blueprints or drawings to determine the layout of structures and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Mason and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You must also possess strong physical stamina as the job requires heavy lifting and long hours of standing. Attention to detail is crucial in this profession as even the slightest mistake can compromise the structural integrity of a building.
