Assistant Mason

We are urgently hiring an Assistant Mason to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Assistant Mason, you will work closely with our experienced masons to assist in the construction and repair of brick and stone structures. This is a great opportunity for someone with no previous experience or English language skills to learn a new trade and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist masons with laying brick and stone to build walls, patios, fireplaces, chimneys, and other structures.
- Prepare and mix mortar according to specifications.
- Cut bricks or stones to fit specific areas using hand or power tools.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid work permit for Lithuania if non-EU citizen.
