Experienced Plasterer

Our company is searching for an experienced plasterer to join our team in Washington. As a plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You must have at least 3 years of experience in plastering and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and smoothing them
- Apply coats of plaster or other materials to create desired texture and finish
- Use hand tools or machines to smooth out rough spots and ensure even coverage
- Mix and apply different types of plaster as needed for specific surfaces
- Work with precision and attention to detail to achieve high-quality results
- Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints or plans to understand project specifications
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasters, their properties, and application techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in plastering work
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions if needed
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred:
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Washington area
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
