Plasterer for a Construction Company in Washington, USA

A construction company in Washington, USA is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in plastering and must be able to communicate effectively in English. Candidates with a valid work visa will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing them
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Mix and apply plaster using various tools
- Smooth out rough spots and create level surfaces
- Apply decorative finishes such as stucco or textured paint
- Repair any damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Valid work visa (if applicable)

Salary: $1300 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
