Plumber Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Plumber Supervisor to oversee our team of plumbers in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our plumbing projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for supervising and training our team of plumbers, as well as overseeing their work and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Supervise a team of plumbers and ensure their work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
- Train new team members on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used
- Provide regular updates to upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate. Additionally, we offer visa sponsorship for non-Pakistani candidates.
