Part-Time Turner


We are hiring a part-time Turner to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating a lathe machine to shape metal pieces according to specifications. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathe machine
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Use precision measurement tools to ensure accuracy of work
- Set up and adjust cutting tools and speeds
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in using lathes and other machining equipment
- Familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of metal properties
- Ability to use precision measurement tools
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
