Entry Level Tiler



As an Entry Level Tiler, you will be responsible for assisting experienced tilers in the installation and maintenance of various tile surfaces. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for tiling, mixing and applying adhesives, and cutting and laying tiles to specified patterns. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, as well as following safety protocols on job sites.

This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain practical experience in the tiling profession. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1200 per month in the vibrant city of Oslo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced tilers in all aspects of tiling projects
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, filling holes, and leveling surfaces
- Mix adhesives according to instructions and apply them to surfaces
- Cut tiles to specified sizes using tools such as tile cutters or saws
- Lay tiles in desired patterns, ensuring proper spacing and alignment
- Clean tools, equipment, and work area after each project
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or be willing to obtain one)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction from experienced tilers
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
