Information Security Analyst
As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems from potential threats. You will work with the IT team to identify vulnerabilities, develop security policies, and implement security measures to safeguard data. This role requires a deep understanding of information security principles and technologies, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Monitor networks and systems for potential security breaches
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new security threats and technologies
- Respond quickly to cyber attacks or other security incidents
- Collaborate with IT team to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Train employees on best practices for information security
- Perform regular tests to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of information security principles, systems, and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, or PCI DSS
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in information security (CISSP, CISM)
- Experience working in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare)
Location: La Condamine (with accommodation)
Salary: $1700/month
