We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. Your duties will include overseeing the production of baked goods, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining quality standards, and developing new recipes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry-making and a creative flair for dessert presentation. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month and is open to Indian nationals with fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries and desserts according to established recipes
- Oversee the production process to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep up with current trends while also considering customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Train and supervise junior staff members on pastry-making techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing decorative desserts with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with food hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train junior staff members
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory
