Painter in Jerusalem



We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Painter, you will be responsible for the preparation and application of paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and matching colors, applying paint and finishes using various techniques, and maintaining the tools and equipment used for painting.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent color vision, and strong knowledge of different painting techniques. You should also have physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time and working at heights. Previous experience as a Painter is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Use different techniques such as sponging or stenciling to create decorative effects
- Apply wood stains or sealants to preserve wooden surfaces
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment after use
- Consult with clients on color choices and provide recommendations if needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter is preferred but not required
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent color vision with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of different painting techniques
- Ability to work at heights
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with hazardous materials
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1200$ per month

City: Jerusalem
