Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for building construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet legal and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are functional, safe, and meet all necessary regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for drawings and assist with project coordination
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate drawings and 3D models
- Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist in a professional setting
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1400$ per month
