Indian Architectural Technologist in Herzliya


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and construction plans
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Assist with project management by coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel or the Middle East region
- Fluency in Hebrew or Arabic is a plus but not required
