Instrument Technician - Urgent Hiring in Eldoret, Kenya


We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Instrument Technicians to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments used in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on various types of instruments including but not limited to pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and level indicators.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Calibrate instruments according to established standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify root cause of instrument failures and implement corrective actions.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials or equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, process control systems, PLCs, and automation.
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
