Architectural Designer - Contract Position (Shan, Canada)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Shan, Canada. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities:

- Create 3D models of proposed designs for client presentations
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients, engineers, and contractors
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Shan, Canada. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada.
