Architectural Designer - Shan, India
As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing building concepts and plans. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform their ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
Salary:
900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
