Roofer - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on buildings according to specifications and building codes
- Repair damaged or worn out roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
- Inspect roofs for any signs of damage or leaks and make necessary repairs
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas of the roof
- Ensure proper ventilation and insulation on roofs
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical stamina to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation to job sites

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in roofing or related field is a plus
- Experience with flat or low-sloped roofing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
