Senior Architect


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating architectural projects from concept to completion. This position requires a high level of expertise in architectural design and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, ensuring they meet their requirements and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction work is progressing per the design plans.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an architect in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. We also provide visa sponsorship for international candidates. However, please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
