Loader Supervisor


As a Loader Supervisor in Karachi, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods and materials in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that all loading and unloading operations are carried out according to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders to ensure smooth operation of loading and unloading tasks
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to loaders to ensure proper distribution of workload
- Monitor the quality of work performed by loaders, ensuring that all goods are handled with care
- Train new loaders on company procedures, safety regulations, and proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels before and after loading or unloading
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; further education in supply chain management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a loader or similar role in a warehouse environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well with others
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours on your feet
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading/unloading operations
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
