Concierge Assistant
Location: Braga, Portugal


Our luxury hotel in Braga is seeking a highly motivated and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs
- Assist in making reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other activities
- Maintain an organized concierge desk and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
- Provide information about local attractions, events and services to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create personalized itineraries for guests based on their interests and preferences

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
