Part-Time DevOps Developer

We are in search of a Part-Time DevOps Developer to join our team in Svalbard. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's software infrastructure. This role is ideal for students or those with limited experience who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our company's software infrastructure using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to our software infrastructure
- Implement automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to DevOps

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Basic understanding of Linux operating system
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation may also be provided for non-local candidates.

This position is located in Svalbard, an archipelago between Norway and the North Pole known for its unique wildlife and natural beauty.
