Job Title: Crane Operator

As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cranes in a safe and efficient manner. You will be working in the bustling city of Manama, Bahrain, with a diverse team of individuals from different nationalities. Your main duties will include operating the crane to lift, move, and position heavy loads, as well as performing routine maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating cranes and possess a valid biometric passport for all nationalities. Additionally, you should have strong technical skills and knowledge of crane mechanics to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential as you will be working closely with other team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the crane according to safety standards and procedures
- Perform pre-operation checks on the crane before each use
- Rig loads using proper techniques and equipment
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments for safe operation
- Keep records of daily activities, including equipment usage and maintenance checks
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane, such as changing filters and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may occur during operation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operating cranes
- Valid biometric passport for all nationalities
- Knowledge of crane mechanics and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks associated with operating a crane
