We are a leading IT solutions company in Wiltz, Luxembourg, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in network design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot network issues promptly
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Maintain system security by implementing access controls and monitoring tools
- Evaluate network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into the existing network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of network design principles such as TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (BGP), LAN/WAN technologies (Ethernet), etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in identifying network issues at the hardware level
