We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Izhevsk, Russia. As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menus for all of our dining options, including our fine dining restaurant, room service, and banquets.

Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee menus for all dining options
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Experience creating menus for various dining options
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
- Understanding of budget management and cost control measures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in Russia or Eastern Europe is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills are preferred.

Benefits:
