Freelance Translator


We are currently seeking a skilled Freelance Translator to join our team in Balzers. As a Freelance Translator, you will be responsible for translating written and spoken content from one language to another. This role requires a high level of proficiency in at least two languages and the ability to accurately convey the meaning and tone of the original text.

Responsibilities:
- Translate written and spoken content from one language to another
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Ensure that translated content maintains the intended meaning and tone of the original text
- Communicate with clients to understand their translation needs and specific requirements
- Use specialized translation software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct research on unfamiliar topics or terminology to ensure accurate translations
- Collaborate with other translators and editors to improve translations

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages (English required, additional languages preferred)
- Proven experience as a translator or similar role
- Excellent understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately convey meaning and tone in translations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using translation software or tools is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. This is a part-time freelance position, so hours may vary depending on project needs.

Location:
This position is located in Balzers, but remote work may be possible for qualified candidates.
