Computer Support Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in computer support and troubleshooting, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals and software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on new technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer support or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
