Part-time Construction Manager

As a Part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects in the city of Lisbon. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, scheduling and supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be expected to maintain quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Experience in the construction industry is required for this position. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Good communication skills are also necessary as you will frequently be interacting with clients, subcontractors, and other team members.

This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not local to Lisbon. Visa sponsorship may also be available for international candidates.
