Construction Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Lisbon. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control
- Oversee hiring and management of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review and approve project designs and materials
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, progress, and changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Good communication skills
- Experience in project management software
